We led the growth marketing and communication strategy for Italy, managing the full funnel, from creative production to media execution.

Our approach combined influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and paid media campaigns, with a focus on constant testing, optimization, and cost control.

  • Built influencer and affiliate programs from scratch, growing a network of 750+ ambassadors and managing collaborations with an average of 30+ influencers per month.

  • Created and adapted localized content, managed social media channels, and led UGC (User-Generated Content) production to power ad campaigns.

  • Oversaw PR, newsletters, and editorial calendar, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

  • Managed monthly budgets of approximately €150K for paid media, €40K for influencer marketing, and €20K for affiliate programs, maintaining the target CPA through data-driven optimization.
